Leila Kisia is a mental health advocate with a deep passion surrounding mental health awareness and wellness. She believes in early intervention and mental health education to empower individuals, society and the community at large .
She's also committed to stop stigma and discrimination around mental health by addressing stereo types and myths surrounding mental health. She is internationally certified on numerous Mental health achievements from understanding depression and low mood in young people ,understanding anxiety, depression and CBT, young people and their Mental health, psychology and Mental Health, psychological first Aid certified by The Public Health England that is applicable globally and so much more.
Her passion for Mental Health made her divert most of her time on Mental health research ,training on Mental Health to vulnerable groups, caregivers and breaking boundaries to organisations, companies and also industries.
She believes Mental Health is as important as physical health and also creating a beautiful, sacred and safe head space is what everyone deserves. She is also currently pursuing Management and Leadership where she has completed two phases with the Open University.
