I have gained a greater awareness and understanding of Mental Health issues. I have also gained confidence within myself as a professional to recognize, empathize and provide support to individuals with mental health barriers.

As Marketing Professional with 15+ years in a variety of industries and company sizes “No-limits marketing,” leverage and innovative nature, with both traditional and digital marketing skills and no limits to creative marketing solutions.

Marketing is at the CORE of each product, this role comes with  stress or anxiety due to the expectations from the companies, a lot of professionals go through this and are less likely to be able to [bounce back] and are more likely to stay in a less effective state. I came to understand that the mental health state of  employees should be watched out for.

I strongly advocate Mental health wellness at the work place which will help organizations/industries/companies grow their productivity and effectiveness. without good  mental health, we barely function right, this affects our daily lives and in different aspects, as we will not be able to function at  our full capacity.

My passion and purpose is to improve our people's mental wellness by empowering the people in our society and communities at large.
